A salesman who trains communication. Not the other way round.

My name is Martin. And my path to coaching did not start with me waking up one day and saying: “Right, now I’m going to be a coach.”

I studied at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid and graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. Then came 13 years in international companies, most of them as Sales Director. I sold, negotiated, presented, led people and coached employees. In Czech, English (TOEFL Certificate), German and Spanish (DELE Certificado).

After seven years of professional experience, I added two MBAs at the University of New York in Prague and Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch in Switzerland. And during my studies, I discovered neuroscience.

It showed me something that had felt like science fiction until then: even soft skills have their own solid rules. Why a brilliant expert can panic in front of an audience or why we suddenly freeze in an important meeting is not just about talent or personality.

Today I combine experience from international business, NeuroManagement and four languages. What interests me most is what you need to handle in real life – a presentation, a business negotiation, communication, stress or working with people.

And over time, something else became part of it: purpose. When a client becomes a friend. When someone tells me I changed their life. Or when an excited message arrives in the evening: “I did it!” – after a presentation that had kept her awake for three nights.

Being a freelancer is not always easy. But these are exactly the moments when I think:

“Yes. This is worth it.”

I want something to genuinely change in our sessions – in how you communicate, present, sell or handle pressure.

And we can quite happily work on all of that in a hoodie or a T-shirt.
